What We Do: Here at Computex, our specialties not only include the extensive list of services any landlord would need, as we can customize various reports around your unique properties.  We concentrate on computerizing tenant information, and are able to provide quick access to accurate information without the work and investment in equipment and personnel associated with today’s computerized systems.  Our long established and dependable interactive system allows for 24 hour access by clients to our computer network. Reports can be run from your office or ours.

Our walk-in center for tenants to pay rent balances, sign court agreements, along with any general inquires also allows more time for our clients to manage their respected properties.  Upon receiving rental payments, our staff promptly banks the payments to the client’s bank account that business day.  Daily collection reports are available by fax, or through e-mail at your discretion.
