Here at Computex, we feel that every tenant is one of our extended clients. Our walk-in center is specifically designed to accommodate and resolve any inquire or dispute regarding rent balances on behalf of our clients.

• We coordinate with multiple housing and government agencies

Through our walk-in center, tenants can also make payments, and receive a complete history of all transactions from their move-in date. We are able to provide complete assistance to all of our tenants, as many tenants prefer to pay in person and receive a printed acknowledgement of their payment. We are also multi-lingual and fluent in English and Spanish. Computex associates are also well trained in analyzing tenant accounts, and can entirely describe all fees while answering any balance inquires. In addition to the walk-in center, our customer service extends to all of our phone lines throughout each business day.

Through our web site, Computex also provides tenants with the ease of online payment. This new service will not only help tenants make timely payments and avoid late fees, it will also solely benefit our clients for a faster payment option.
